Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic Glaze

Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp.

 

 

 

balsamic vinegar

3/4 c.

 

 

 

salt and pepper

to taste

 

 

 

thyme

 

1 tsp.

 

 

 

oregano

 

1 tsp.

 

 

 

basil

 

1 tsp.

 

 

 

roma tomato

1 tom

 

 

 

extra virgin olive oil

2 c.

 

 

 

honey

 

2 Tbsp.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Procedure

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In food processor, combine all ingredients except oil. 

 

With processor on, slowly add in the oil until the mixture is thick.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

sugar

 

3 Tbsp.

cornstarch

slurry

 

 

 

Procedure

 

 

 

 

Reduce vinegar by half, add sugar.

Use cornstarch to thicken.
