2 lb Frozen Pitiless Tart Cherries

1 cup Granulated Sugar

2 cups Syrah wine

In a heavy sauce add all ingredients and on medium heat until sugar and wine

Reduce to a syrup. Serve cold with the dessert or alone on ice cream
